Welcome to Turning Pointe Pilates – your local studio for Pilates, functional fitness and corrective exercise in Dee Why.

Located inside Dee Why Grand on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, our studio offers easy access to parking, modern facilities and a warm, supportive environment where every body is valued.

At Turning Pointe Pilates, we believe movement should be personalised.  Out instructors provide individual attention, tailoring exercises to suit your goals, fitness level and any specific needs.  Our semi-private sessions are affordable, highly supervised and designed to help you progres safely and confidently.

We also offer a variety of small group classes that emphasise technique, alignment and smart programming – so you can build strength, improve mobility and minimise the risk of injury.  Each session delivers a balanced, full-body workout using a blend of Pilates principles and specialised movement methods.

Our classes include:

Pilates equipment classes
Reformer and matwork Pilates
Garuda Barre and matwork
Functional movement to music
Ballet for Over 50s

Whether you’re looking to increase strength, support injury recover, improve posture or simply enjoy moving your body, Turning Pointe Pilates provides expert guidance in a welcoming community space.
