Between work, family, caring responsibilities and the everyday demands of life, many women quietly put their own wellbeing at the bottom of the list. Over time, this can leave us feeling depleted, disconnected and wondering where our energy – and our joy – went.

The good news? Joy isn’t gone. Sometimes it simply needs space to re-emerge.

That’s the inspiration behind Rediscover Your Joy, a half-day retreat being held at Turning Pointe Pilates, Dee Why on Saturday 25 July.

This unique afternoon experience brings together three experienced practitioners who share a passion for helping women feel vibrant, connected and empowered.

Lisa Peresan helps women care for themselves through the science of movement. Specialising in corrective exercise and building the strength you need for ease in your day-to-day, she understands the unique shifts that occur as we mature, which can make you feel “stuck” in your body.

Energising Nutrition

Food is more than fuel. It’s information for our bodies.

Sheena O’Beirne is passionate about helping women truly nourish their bodies, not just through what they eat but through what their bodies can absorb and use. Her practical, realistic approach helps women regain energy and vitality without overwhelm.

Playful Mindset

The stories we tell ourselves shape the way we experience life.

Carolyn Handley helps women uncover their own insights through deep conversations, storytelling and playful curiosity. Her work supports women to reconnect with their strengths, possibilities and sense of purpose.
